The Open Door Charity provides a fresh innovative voice in mental health, social action and culture. We provide immediate and effective mental health support to young people and adults in need, breaking down stigma and barriers to mental health support. This is underpinned by submersing mental health within the worlds of music, art and culture as the catalyst for change.Our support is developed by people with lived experience of poor mental health, and is delivered in a creative, compassionate and engaging way which is relevant to the needs and interests of the community.
